SHIPPING | GENERAL INFORMATION

New Zealand

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 days and ship via one of our delivery partners: New Zealand Post, Poste Haste or Castle Parcel. Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Deliveries are tracked and should arrive within 2-3 working days. Rural deliveries may take longer at 4-6 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out. Prices are based on destination with Rural & Waiheke deliveries charged at a higher rate - this is calculated at checkout.

We offer international shipping to Australia, Canada & USA, for these countries shipping charges are calculated at check out. Please contact us for Rest of the World shipping and we will provide an accurate shipping quote.

Once an item is purchased and passed to the courier for shipping it becomes the property of the buyer, and as such the buyer will be eligible for any customs or duty charges payable on entry to your destination.
