returns, cancellations and exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Garden Objects does not accept refunds, however we are happy to offer an exchange.
If you wish to make an exchange you must contact Garden Objects within 7 days to arrange your exchange. All goods to be exchanged must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. If plastic tags are attached to footwear they must be unbroken to qualify for exchange, no exception will be made due to hygiene reasons. Upon return, the goods will be inspected and an exchange will be processed within 7 days (excluding original delivery charge). You will need to cover the return postage and any import duties that may be incurred for exchanged items. Please note exchanges must be shipped to us no later than 5 days after your request has been acknowledged. We will also require proof of purchase.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange, all sale purchases are final.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods ordered are no longer available and refund your money or offer you a credit. Some products at Garden Objects may not be available immediately but can be pre ordered and will be labelled as such.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your online order confirmation. A later cancellation may not be possible as we aim to ship the goods immediately. Once orders have shipped, you will need to return your item back to us (at your cost) and we will then process a refund.
FAULTY GOODS
If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product and cover all return shipping costs.
